Notice of Intent to Award Contract for the Purchase of Staffing Services and Related Services and Solutions under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement provided by OMNIA PARTNERS

The Middlesex County Board of Social Services intends to participate in the OMNIA PARTNERS contract for the purchase of Staffing Services and Related Services and Solutions, contract number 16111.

The Middlesex County Board of Social Services joined US Communities (n/k/a OMNIA PARTNERS) on December 4, 2018. The OMNIA PARTNERS contract term for ACRO Service Corp. is January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2023, with an option to renew until June 30, 2026.

The Middlesex County Board of Social Services intends to award a contract from January 1, 2026 through June 30, 2026.

It is the intent of the Middlesex County Board of Social Services to make a contract award to ACRO Service Corp. pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to the Request for Proposal from Maricopa County, Phoenix, AZ and authorized by OMNIA PARTNERS.

The Middlesex County Board of Social Services is permitted to participate in national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3). Comment period ends December 26, 2025.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Middlesex County Board of Social Services will hold its regularly scheduled monthly meeting on the second Thursday of every month at 10:00 AM, at 181 How Lane, New Brunswick, NJ. Pursuant to the provision of N.J.S.A. 10:4-9.3, this meeting will be held in person and telephonically. Formal action of the Board will be taken.

• At 10:00 AM, anyone wishing to join the meeting shall call the above number.
• At the appropriate time, the Chairperson of the Board will indicate, by phone, that the public may comment.
• At the appropriate time, the Chairperson will announce that the Board will go into executive session.  Members of the public will not be permitted to listen to the executive session.
• At the conclusion of the executive session, the Board will return to the public portion of the meeting and thereafter, conclude the meeting.
